Order & Dispatch
At Vijay Education, we aim to make your ordering and delivery experience simple and reliable.
- Pre-paid Orders: We accept only pre-paid orders at checkout through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
- Free Delivery: No delivery fee is charged on pre-paid orders of ₹125 and above.
- Order Modifications: Once placed, orders cannot be modified, combined, or clubbed with any other order.
- Mandatory Acceptance: After dispatch, customers are required to accept the product; refusal or return at delivery is not permitted.
- Shipping Updates: Once your order is dispatched, we will share all shipping details—including the tracking ID—via WhatsApp and/or email. You will also receive regular updates on pickup, shipment status, and estimated delivery timelines.
- Tracking Orders: You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent in your order confirmation email by visiting our delivery partner’s website. Please note, it may take 12–24 hours for tracking information to reflect.
- Delivery Coverage: We ship across India from Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays and major festivals).
- Delivery Timelines: Most customers receive their books within 7–10 business days, although timelines may vary depending on the region. Deliveries to locations such as Jammu & Kashmir and the North Eastern states may take longer.
