Physical Books – Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Digital Products (Online Courses / eBooks) – These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@vijayeducationnews.com.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
If an ordered book is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Refund on Pre-paid Orders: If you cancel within this time frame, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the full amount will be refunded.
After 24 Hours: Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the 24-hour window has passed, as processing begins soon after your order is placed.
