Eligibility Criteria

Post Basic Nursing

  • A candidate must be medically fit.
  • Passed 10+2 or equivalent level exam from a recognized University.
  • Before the implementation of the new integrated course: Diploma in General nursing.
  • After the implementation of the new integrated course: Diploma in general nursing and Midwifery.
  • Or a candidate should have pursued GNM from an Indian Nursing Council.
  • There is no age limit to apply.

M.Sc. Course Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology

  • Passed MBBS or BDS, along with a compulsory internship with 60% in aggregate. Or
  • Passed in B.V.Sc & AH or B.Sc. (Biology with Chemistry and Zoology) with 60% in aggregate.
  • This course is open to all Indian residents.

M.Sc. Microbiology, Biochemistry

  • Passed B.Sc (Biotechnology) in their first attempt with 60% of marks in average.

B.Sc Nursing

  • Passed 10+2 level with PCB as core subjects from a recognized Board with 45% of marks on average (40% in case of SC/ST candidates)
  • The minimum is 17 years of age and the upper limit is different for females and males.
  • The upper age limit for females is 28 years and the upper age limit for males is 25 years.
