MP GNMTST and PNST 2025 Application Form

The state and district details in the application form will be obtained through the “menu,” ensuring the required information can be accessed as needed. Applicants must mention the details and number of the permanent mark on the body and the photo identity card to be presented at the time of the examination. In the absence of these, the application form will not be accepted.

  • Application Deadline: Online applications can be submitted until 12:00 midnight on the last date of application submission.
  • State and District Information: The application form’s state and district details will be obtained through the “menu” for future reference.
  • Permanent Mark and Photo Identity Card: Applicants must compulsorily mention the permanent mark on the body and the photo identity card details in the application form.
  • Responsibility of Information: The applicant is fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information filled in the online application form.
  • Educational Qualification Details: It is mandatory to fill in the roll number and total marks obtained, including full marks, of the qualifying mark sheet as per the educational qualification.
  • Aadhaar Card Information: The Aadhaar card number / Aadhaar VID of the applicant must be mentioned in the online application form.
  • Biometric Verification: Biometric verification of candidates will be done at the registration desk just before the examination.
  • Biometric Data Handling: The biometric data of selected candidates will be provided to the concerned departments in a hash-coded CD for verification.
  • Preferred Identity Card: The provision of a preferred identity card by MPESB has been included in the menu of identity cards.
  • Accuracy and Completeness: Ensure all sections of the application form are accurately and completely filled to avoid rejection.

MP GNMTST and PNST 2025 Application Fees

  • General Information: The application fee process, payment, and determination will be according to the standards set by the Employee Selection Board, Madhya Pradesh. Applicants will need to bear the cost as specified.
  • Fee Exemptions: Fee exemptions are available for candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) who are permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. This exemption is as declared by the Madhya Pradesh government for these categories.

MP GNTST and PNST Eligibility Criteria 2025

The applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for MP GNTST and PNST entrance exam 2025:

Eligibility Criteria
GNTSTAs of 1 July 2025, the candidates must have reached a minimum age of 17 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years. A 5-yr relaxation will be granted to the candidates who belong to the SC / ST / OBC/ widows group. To verify the age the candidate needs to submit their class 10th provisional certificate. The candidates from Madhya Pradesh must have passed class 12th examination with at least 40% marks with Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects Or The candidate must have taken class 12th class examination in any CBSE-recognized school in the State of Madhya Pradesh with at least 40% marks. A relaxation of 5% will be given for the reserved category.
PNSTAs of July 2025, the candidate’s minimum age should be 17 years and the maximum age limit shall be 30 years. The SC / ST / OBC / widows category candidates will be given 5 years of relaxation. But they need to provide their class 10th provisional certificate for verifying their age. The candidates must have passed class 12th examination from Madhya Pradesh with at least 40.5% marks with compulsory subjects such as English, Physics, Chemistry, and Life sciences. Or The candidate must have passed Class 12th exam with a minimum mark of 45% marks from any approved CBSE school in Madhya Pradesh State. 5% relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to the reserved category.
