    विशेष : महाविद्यालयों में संभावित रिक्त रहने वाली यू.जी. पी.जी. सीटों को भरे जाने तथा अभ्यर्थियों के हितार्थ ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित किये गये RUHS CUET-2025/PG Entrance Test(s) – 2025 / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Exam-2025 में भाग नहीं लिया गया है एवं वे निम्नलिखित कोर्स में प्रवेश हेतु शैक्षणिक योग्यता रखते हैं तथा प्रवेश लेने के इच्छुक है, से भी पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन आवेदन आमंत्रित किये जाते हैं।

    ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को रिक्त सीटों का आवंटन प्रवेश परीक्षाओं में भाग लेने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को सीटों के आवंटन उपरान्त रिक्त रहने वाली सीटों पर ही दिया जावेगा। अर्थात् प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में वरीयता RUHS CUET-2025/PG Entrance Test(s) -2025 / Post Basic B.Sc.     तृतीय राउन्ड की काउन्सलिंग हेतु RUHS CUET-2025 / PG Entrance Test(s) -2025 / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Exam -2025 में सम्मलित अभ्यर्थियों के अतिरिक्त उपरोक्त प्रवेश पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश हेतु इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी जो विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित करायी गई RUHS CUET-2025 अथवा अन्य प्रवेश परीक्षाओं में सम्मलित नहीं हुये है, ऐसे अभ्यर्थी भी विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली तृतीय राउन्ड की काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित हो सकते है ऐसे अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 13/10/2025 से 16/10/2025 तक विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा स्नातक (UG) प्रवेश पाठ्यक्रम हेतु निर्धारित नवीन पंजीकरण (New Registration) राशि 2000/- (एस.सी/एस.टी-1000/-) एवं स्नातकोत्तर (PG) प्रवेश पाठ्यक्रम हेतु निर्धारित राशि 5000/- (एस.सी/एस.टी-2500/-) रुपये जमा करवाकर प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकते है।

    साथ ही काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने हेतु हेतु निर्धारित काउन्सलिंग शुल्क (UG Courses-550/- and PG Courses-1600/-) करवाये जाने के उपरांत ही College Choice Filling हेतु पात्र माना जायेगा।

    विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा सम्पन्न की जाने वाली मेडिकल/नर्सिंग, फार्मेसी, पैरामेडिकल एवं फिजियोथेरेपी संकाय के डिप्लोमा/स्नातक/ स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश हेतु तृतीय राउण्ड की ऑनलाईन काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया से सम्बन्धित विस्तृत विवरण एवं काउन्सलिंग शुल्क तथा आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश हेतु विश्वविद्यालय वेबसाईट www.ruhsraj.org का नियमित रूप से अवलोकन करते रहे।

    • पोस्ट बेसिक बी.एससी. नर्सिंग प्रवेश पाठ्यक्रम-2025 के द्वितीय चरण की महाविद्यालय आवंटन की सूचना दिनांक 07/10/2025 को विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाईट पर अपलोड की जायेगी। तथा अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा आवंटित महाविद्यालय में ज्वाईनिंग / रिपोर्टिंग की तिथि दिनांक 08/10/2025 से 10/10/2025 तक रहेगी।
    • प्रथम /द्वितीय चरण की काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में जिन अभ्यर्थियों को महाविद्यालय आवंटन हुआ है, परन्तु किसी कारणवश अभ्यर्थी आंवटित महाविद्यालय से Resignation करने के इच्छुक है, ऐसे अभ्यर्थी दिनांक 11/10/2025 से 12/10/2025 तक सम्बन्धित आवंटित महाविद्यालय के माध्यम से College Resignation कर सकते है।
    • ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो किसी भी महाविद्यालय / Course में प्रवेशित नहीं है, वे अभ्यर्थी ही तृतीय चरण की काउन्सलिंग में शामिल हो सकेगें।

    Merit Lists for allotment will be prepared as per the prevailing guidelines, preference will be given to candidates from the original merit list of entrance exams.

    If after this seats remain vacant, seats will be alloted to candidates who have directly applied for seat allotment on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in qualifiying exam.

    For candidates who had not taken the respective entrance examinations, the inter-se criteria as mentioned in the respective information booklet will be used for merit list preparation.

    This will be the last round of online counselling.

    All admissions to the various courses of all colleges will be done only via the RUHS Centralized Admissions Board -2025.

    Direct Admissions / seat allotment at the level of respective colleges is not permitted.

    If any incidence comes in knowledge of RUHS, appropriate action shall be taken against the erring college.
